Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM.
Conferences are an opportunity to meet with your student’s teachers individually and discuss your student’s progress. Conferences are limited to 5 minutes.
Teachers will be located throughout the building in classrooms or office spaces including locations on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Room list can be found here or by clicking the link a the end of this message. An elevator is available for those who need it. Conferences this year will be unscheduled to allow families time to get from room to room.
In addition to teaching staff, counselors, deans, and administration will be available to assist with questions and concerns. Representatives from the Business Office will be available in office 123 to collect fee payments (cash, check, or credit card), place lunch money on student ID cards, and to answer questions about PACE Bus routes, Ventra Cards, and free lunch/fee waivers. School Counselor, Kelly Kenny, will be offering a FSA ID sign-up workshop for any family new to the FAFSA. You will need a device to access your personal email and your social security number. Skyward support, community resources and Smilin’ Clyde’s hotdogs will also be available in the Spartan Lobby.
Finally, the Health Office is partnering with Orland Pharmacy to offer families Flu and Meningitis vaccines at Parent Teacher Conferences. Flu shots are free with most insurance plans. No appointments are necessary. Please bring your current insurance card. Additionally, the Health Office will be available to provide blood pressure screenings throughout the evening. If you are unable to meet with staff this evening, but would like to check in with your student’s teachers, we highly recommend emailing your student’s teacher directly for information and support. Teacher information is available through Skyward. You can also review student progress by accessing Canvas. Instructions for accessing Canvas can be found here.
