Any student new to the district should contact our school Registrar, Adrianne Gannon, at 708-741-5626 to receive enrollment information.
Physicals and Medical Records
Freshmen/new students must submit a physical and immunization records before registration can be finalized per Illinois state requirements. Please return the completed physical folder, provided to you at Incoming Freshman Curriculum Night, to the main office at OLCHS to avoid any delays in the student's enrollment process. Summer office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Should you need further information, please contact the nurse's office 708/741-5640.
