Stuff You Need to Know
The 2024-2025 yearbooks are ready for pickup.
Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors: should pick the yearbook up during lunch TODAY. Students must present an ID. After this week, the remaining yearbooks can be picked up in room 366 before or after school. Personalized books will be delivered directly to the students.
2025 Grads: The graduate, parents, or siblings are able pick up the yearbook in the main office 126 during school hours (7:30 A.M.-3:30 PM). Those from outside the building must check into the greeter station at the Southwest Highway entrance before heading to the office. Remember to check if you bought a personalized book.
Homecoming guest forms: The homecoming dance is right around the corner! If you are planning to bring a non-OLCHS guest to the dance, a guest request form must be completed and submitted to the Deans’ Office by September 25th. The forms are available in the Deans’ Office, Main Office and Student Services.
Students that need a locker, school issued lock or any other locker related issues, email [email protected]. See your email for further details.
Ventra cards can be renewed for the 2025-26 school year and new Ventra cards can be purchased for $2.00 in the Business Office, Room 123. If you’ve already purchased a card online from the OLCHS Webstore, please pick it up in the Business Office. Business Office hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm. Plan accordingly! You will not be excused from class to renew or purchase a card.
Tech Help - If you’re having trouble logging into your classes or having any other tech issues, please email [email protected] for tech assistance. If possible, include a screenshot of your issue.
The iTeam Genius Bar is open from 7:45 am - 3:00 pm. Students can come to the Media Center for support.
Club/Team News
Creative Writing Club - Are you up for some creative writing fun? Creative Writing Club would love for you to join us this year! We’ll be meeting on Tuesday, September 9th at 3 pm in room 113, right down the hall from the media center. It’ll be a great opportunity to share your poetry, short stories, and other creative works with others. Hope to see you there!
JCAB - Do you enjoy organizing fun activities with your friends? Do you like participating in community service? Would you like to help make your junior year the best one yet? Then the Junior Class Advisory Board is for you! Come to our first meeting on Monday, September 8th at 3pm in the Media Center. All are welcome, so bring a friend! For more information, see Dr. Repa in room 265.
SADD Club - Students Against Destructive Decisions have rescheduled their first meeting to Thursday, September 11, at 3PM in Room 119. New members are welcome to attend.
