Stuff You Need to Know
Student Lockers: For those upperclassmen students who utilized the google form to request a locker, the lockers have been assigned. Please check your Skyward account for your locker number. If you have any questions/issues/needs regarding lockers, please email: [email protected]
For Freshmen, your locker has already been assigned. You can find your locker number in your Skyward account. For Freshmen who have registered for school AFTER the first day of school, then you will need to email [email protected] to request that a locker be assigned to you.
Tech Help - If you’re having trouble logging into your classes or having any other tech issues, please email [email protected] for tech assistance. If possible, include a screenshot of your issue.
The iTeam Genius Bar is open from 7:45 am - 3:00 pm. Students can come to the Media Center for support.
Club/Team News
FSCAB - Welcome back! FSCAB (Freshman/Sophomore Class Advisory Board) will have our first meeting Wednesday, August 27th from 3:00 to 3:40 in room 113, in the media center hallway. This is a great club to meet new friends and get involved! All Freshman and Sophomores are welcome. See you there!
Journalism - We will have our first journalism meeting on Friday, August 22nd at 3:05pm in room 366. You will learn about our 18 event IHSA team. We will need writers, photographers, broadcasters, video editors, artists, graphic designers, and more. Please come to our meeting or see Mr. DiFilippo in room 366
Mathletes - The Mathletes team will be kicking off the season next Wednesday, August 20, in room 209. The informational meeting will start at 3:30. New members welcome!
Scholastic Bowl - We will have our first scholastic bowl meeting on Wednesday, August 20th at 3:05pm in room 366. It is going to be an incredible year. We need students that love to learn. We will be competing against teams in all the academic areas and some pop culture as well.
Student Council Meeting - Join us for our first meeting on Monday August 18th after school in Student Services Conference Room 113 (enter from the media center hallway). We meet most Mondays and plan events like Homecoming, Thanksgiving Drive, Keyser Party, and the Student Leadership Conference. Help lead, build school spirit, and serve our community!
Theater - Are you interested in getting involved with one of our school’s most celebrated activities? Do you like to sing, dance, act or build? Want to learn how to do any of those things? The Oak Lawn Theater Program is hosting an informational meeting TODAY in the Choir Room 104 at 3pm. Join us and learn about our program!
Video Club - We will have our first video club meeting on Monday, August 18th at 3:05pm in room 366. It is going to be a sensational year of broadcast with planned sporting events, spartan news, and much more.
Yearbook - We will have our first yearbook meeting on Tuesday, August 19th at 3:05pm in room 366. It is going to be a memorable year. We need writers, photographers, graphic designers, artists, and more.
Athletic News
Baseball - There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, August 20 at 3:05 in room 27 for all students who would like to participate in off-season baseball workouts. If you have any questions, please see Coach Gerny in room 27. Thank you.
Football - Students interested in football. The last day to come out for football this season is TOMORROW Friday August 15th. Please sign up on Snap and have an up to date physical. Meet at the locker room doors at 3:05pm and let a coach know you are interested in participating.
