Oak Lawn Community High School is proud to announce that it has been named a Project Lead the Way (PLTW) 2024-25 Distinguished School for its commitment to increasing student access, engagement, and achievement in its PLTW programs. PLTW high school programs prepare today’s students for the careers of tomorrow, by not only incorporating STEM skills into their learning but building students’ collaboration, teamwork and communication skills so they can be ready for whatever path they take. Career Technology Education Department Chair said, “I am very proud of Dan Kenny and the students in our PLTW program. The hard work and dedication put into the program is evident by the student outcomes. I know our program is preparing our students to become college and career-ready.”
