CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENT SUMS UP CROSS-COUNTRY SEASON FOR MISNER

She may be a freshman. She may have started the year running the girls cross-country course in 29:05. However, Anneli Misner may also be one of the most improved runners for Oak Lawn Community High School this year.

She has dropped more than five minutes off her times, and she is now consistently running under 24:00. Her best time of the season is 23:33.

Now that’s consistent improvement.

“What I enjoy most about Anneli is that she truly wants to improve, listens to her coaches, and can execute what is expected of her,” head coach Susan Szala said. Anneli has a bright future running, and we are very excited for her.”
