OAK LAWN’S BEDOLLA SHOWS VERSATILITY IN SPRINTS FOR BOYS TRACK TEAM

Speed makes all the difference. However, for Oak Lawn Community High School sophomore Josiah Bedolla, it’s a mix of speed and versatility that truly makes the difference. He is emerging as a leader on the team, and it’s because he can run any sprint and be one of the top competitors. In addition, Bedolla is a two-sport athlete as he plays soccer in the fall.

“Josiah is a sophomore on the team and has stepped in a leadership role,” head coach John Jensen said. “He has taken steps forward as an athlete and is an important part of our sprints department. He can take a leadership role specifically in a relay he is running. Josiah is the perfect example of the multi-sport athlete we are looking for at Oak Lawn.”
