Sophomore Charlie Dell has been on a roll for the Oak Lawn Community High School boys bowling team of late. He has emerged as a leader on the team and is averaging a 206 with a career-high game of 289. He added a score of 256 and 257 over the last few weeks.
More importantly, Dell won the individual conference championship two weeks ago with a six-game average of 229. This performance helped the Spartans win the South Suburban Conference Red championship. It marked the third year in a row the Spartans claimed that title.
