Stuff You Need to Know

To ALL Seniors and to any Juniors thinking about graduating early next year – don’t forget that TONIGHT is FAFSA Night!  Counselors will be available between 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the Media Center to give one-on-one assistance with FAFSA completion.  Bring your parents/guardians and the financial information listed on the flyer posted in your iTunes U Seminar course.  An Arabic speaker will be available to assist with translation.  If you have questions about this workshop, please see Mrs. Kenny in Student Services Office 117.

Need service hours? Help make sandwiches for the homeless this Saturday, or get outdoors and help out at one of the local forest preserves.  Complete information about this and many other opportunities can be found on the Service Learning calendar, accessible through your iTunes U seminar course and/or the OLCHS website.

All students planning to attend the Student Leadership Conference need to return signed green permission forms to the Media Center by this Friday, October 26 at 3pm.  Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity from Student Council & NHS!

Admissions reps from the following schools will be visiting this week:

Thursday 10/25/18 – IL Wesleyan University, pd. 2 and McKendree University, pd. 5/6

Please see or email Mrs. Kenny for a pass to attend any of these visits at least one day before the visit.  Seniors who have these schools saved in Career Cruising will automatically receive a pass to attend.
