Stuff You Need to Know
Is your brother or sister signed up for Shadow Days next week? If so, you MUST attend the Sibling Meeting TOMORROW, Wednesday November 15th, right after school in the Jr./Sr. Lounge. This will be a BRIEF meeting so all students who are NOT Student Helpers and plan on having their brother or sister shadow them MUST attend. Questions? See Mrs. Schumacher or Mrs. Meierkort before or after school in the Student Services Office.
The winter season officially kicks off at home this Friday night with our annual Winter Green and White Night. The event starts at 5 p.m. and will showcase boys’ basketball, wrestling, cheer, and dance. The Athletic Office wants to remind all students that you MUST have your current student ID in hand to enter home basketball games. Also, no backpacks will be allowed when entering the gym. Our athletic programs always love having a strong student support section at our home games, so show your Spartan Pride and attend any of our athletic events this season starting Friday night, Thank you.
Football. For all football players not playing a winter sport, there is an off-season training meeting Thursday in Room 271 after school.
Boys’ Track and Field. The Boys’ Track and Field program will begin its preseason conditioning program starting Monday, November 27th. There will be a meeting after school on Tuesday, November 21st in the Little Theater for all boys interested in joining us for preseason workouts. The preseason calendar and policies will be discussed. Get ahead of the competition before the season starts in January!
S.A.D.D - Students against destructive decisions will now have a meeting every Tuesday at 3:05 in room 108! We are planning our winter activities, Cinderella's closet, and fundraising for post-prom cruise! New members are warmly accepted, so come by 108 and speak with Mr. Brida if you are interested in joining!
