It has been a long time since students have been a part of Relay for Life as a way to help fight cancer here at OLCHS. So, on behalf of our committee, we are asking for your help now. Your involvement and effort will raise money and awareness for cancer research with the American Cancer Society. It is important to truly believe in Relay for Life, and acknowledge the true significance of why we choose to relay. When faced with the words, “You have cancer” or “My (insert relationship) has cancer”, the meaning of Relay for Life truly comes into perspective. We have time and energy to give for those who cannot. So, we Relay because we can. The Relay for Life committee is dedicated towards making this night a fun, insightful, and purposeful memory for everyone to enjoy in return for your small dedication. Being a part of this event will not only raise awareness and money, but allow us to cherish memories and our perseverance towards a cure together.
Spantans, please, consider joining us for the 13th Relay for Life on May 11th, 2019.
