Spartans Inducted Into National Honor Society

Oak Lawn Community High School’s National Honor Society recently inducted 85 new junior and senior members.

The ceremony took place on November 4, 2019 in the Performing Arts Center and was led by Co-Presidents Sami Osmani and Kendallyn Julkowski. This year’s guest speaker was science department chair Mr. Michael Bielski. Michael spoke about the importance of the 4 pillars of NHS: Scholarship, Leadership, Character and Service.

Mrs. Jessica Nickless, NHS Advisor, said, "I am excited and honored to work with the best and brightest students at Oak Lawn Community High School. It is inspiring to see the wonderful goals our NHS members accomplish each year.”
