She has a passion for nonconventional approaches to wellness and recently earned a university-level mindfulness certification. Her latest accomplishment is publishing a self-help book!
Erin’s book “Mom’s in her Closet Again!” takes readers on an entertaining journey from feeling overwhelmed to living in the present with joy. Erin’s book helps readers develop new routines for fast, noticeable, and effective change using meditation and mindfulness strategies. Although her perspective is from a mom of four young children, this book is useful for all walks of life. Amazon lauds “Erin's witty tales about her hectic life as a wife and mom of four with a full time job. She will have you nodding in agreement and smiling sympathetically. As she says, if she can find time to meditate every day, anyone can.” Congratulations, Erin!
