Intervention
The Spartan Intervention Team is a problem-solving contingent that meets once a week to discuss struggling or at-risk students. Referrals can be filled out online by clicking this link (Spartan Intervention Team referral form) or sent to the student's school counselor. The team gathers and analyzes student data, then develops and implements possible interventions based off the Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) model. OLCHS school-wide actively seeks out students who are struggling in a variety of areas including attendance, academics, behaviorally, and social-emotionally.
