Health Office
District 229 recognizes that an individual's education and growth is related to their physical, mental and emotional well being. The Health Office is staffed by a full-time certified school nurse, part-time nurse, and part-time secretary.
It’s our mission to maintain, improve and promote the health and safety of our students in school, at home, and in the community.

Nursing Services include:
- Identification, assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of student health concerns.
- Medication administration
- Resource for health-related issues and health education
- Vision and Hearing annual screening for Special Education population and by request for general education
- Manage student health compliance per Public Health Mandates
- Management of Medical Conditions
