Parent-Teacher Conferences, Thursday, October 7

Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 7, 2021, from 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM.  Masks are required.
This year conferences return to an in-person format.  Conferences are limited to 5 minutes and are an opportunity to get an update on your student’s progress.
In an effort to allow for social distancing, we are asking families to limit the number of family members attending.  We will also be assigning teachers to locations throughout the building in  classrooms or office spaces including locations on the 2nd and 3rd floor.  An elevator is available for those who need it. Meetings this year will be unscheduled to allow families time to get from room to room.
In addition to teaching staff, counselors, deans, and administration will be available to assist with questions and concerns.  Representatives from the Business Office will be available to collect fee payments (cash, check, or credit card), place lunch money on student ID cards, and to answer questions about PACE Bus routes, Ventra Cards, and free lunch/fee waivers.  Boosters, Skyward support, and community resources will also be available in the Spartan Lobby.  Finally, the Nurse’s Office is partnering with Walgreens to offer families flu shots at Parent Teacher Conferences.  Flu shots are free with most insurance plans, not covered are Meridian, Medicaid, or HMO plans.  No appointments are necessary. Please bring your current insurance card. Contact the school nurse’s office with any questions at 708-741-5835.
If you are unable to meet with staff this evening, but would like to check in with your student’s teachers, we highly recommend emailing your student’s teacher directly for information and support.  Teacher information is available through Skyward.  If you need assistance please call us 708-424-5200 ext. 0.
