Coaches always like to see their athletes grow during the season. Constant improvement is the goal. For first-year girls bowler Natalie Orozco, this has been the recipe for success at Oak Lawn Community High School—constant improvement.
She has improved her average on the lanes with every practice and game. She recently placed 25th overall at the South Suburban Conference Red meet with an average score of 132.5. It will be interesting to see where she goes from here.
“Natalie is new to the bowling team this year,” head coach Jen Faro said. “However, she has already made a great impact on the team. Natalie is constantly working on improving her approach and is a great teammate, cheering on her other varsity team members. We can’t wait to see how Natalie performs at the Illinois High School Association Regional this year, and we are excited to have her as a part of the team next year.”
