OLCHS Prom 2018, Friday, May 4, 2018

The Junior Class Advisory Board is hosting the school’s Annual Junior/Senior Prom on Friday, May 4, 2018, from 7:00-11:00 p.m. at Ashton Place, 341 75th Street, Willowbrook, Illinois.

Tickets are $70.00 per person and can be purchased from Monday, April 16 through Friday, April 27, 2018, in the Main Office with cash or online via credit card using the online payment banner on the school’s website. The school will not accept personal checks from seniors. Students who purchase tickets online must pick-up their tickets in the Main Office. Students on social suspension are not eligible to participate.

Although tickets for guests can be purchased prior to submitting a Guest Request Form, students bringing a non-OLCHS student must submit a Guest Request Form by Friday, April 27, 2018, to the Main Office.  A guest must be enrolled in at least 9th grade. Adults 21 years and older are not permitted to attend as the student’s guest.  A guest without a properly completed form will not be permitted to attend Prom and refunds will not be issued after Friday, April 27, 2018, for guests not approved. All students and their guests must present a photo ID to enter the event.

This year’s theme, “Live Your Life” highlights the lyrics from the song by Rihanna.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and a buffet dinner with open seating begins at 7:30 p.m. Students arriving after 8:30 p.m. can be denied entry without prior approval from the administration and will not receive a refund.
As with all OLCHS sponsored activities, the event is governed by the Student Discipline Code. Students are requested to use good judgment. Inappropriate behavior will result in school consequences and may affect a student’s class standing, graduation, and participation in athletic/extracurricular activities.

Questions about the event should be directed to Junior Class Sponsors Jodi Newton at jnewton@olchs.org or Karyn Horn khorn@olchs.org.  Questions about a student’s guest eligibility or students requiring permission to arrive late/leave early should be directed to the student’s dean.
