Marching Band Ends On A High Note

The marching band was recognized this past week by the athletic department for their hard work and Spartan pride they displayed this past football season.  The marching band prepares for the grueling fall season with a week-long band camp in early August and it culminates with senior night, the last home football game of the season.

From their catchy themed entrance music to their incredible half-time performances, the band is every bit responsible for the atmosphere for Friday Night Lights as the football, cheer, and dance teams.  The program is led by OLCHS music teachers Paul Levy and Bob Habersat who do an amazing job preparing them for their performances throughout the season.

Thank you marching Spartans for all your hard work and support of our football program this past season.   We are looking forward to the pep band performances during the winter basketball season.  Go Spartans!
