Hall Dances Off Into the Sunset With Final Halftime Performance

Whether it be dancing at halftime of a boys basketball game, leading the dance team in competition, reaching All-American status, performing in a parade on New Year’s Day in Rome, Italy, or performing at a celebration in Hawaii, senior dancer Adriana Hall has seen just about everything during her four-year career at Oak Lawn Community High School.
Tonight, at the Illinois High School Association Class 4A Boys Basketball Regional Championship game between Kenwood and host Oak Lawn, she will give her final performance in front of the Spartans home crowd.
Hall has been a team captain since her sophomore year and has helped build the dance program into what it is today. No doubt, she has left an unforgettable mark on the program and will be missed.
“The dance team has never seen such a motivated, responsible, and kind person leading the dance team to succeed in halftime and competition performances,” head coach Ryan Brandt said. “Adriana’s leadership qualities have helped her accomplish many goals in her academic career, and she continues to inspire her coaches and teammates.”
