Using the four-year plan and Spartan Guide to Career Pathways, students complete core graduation requirementsand select elective courses based on their career cluster and other interests. To be considered College and Career Ready in Illinois, students should maintain a 2.8 cumulative GPA.

During their high school years, all students should participate in career exploration activities and develop their Essential Employability Competencies. To be considered College and Career Ready in Illinois, students should maintain a 95% school attendance rate.
