Social Studies Department

The Oak Lawn Community High School Social Studies Department is committed to developing knowledgeable, skilled, and concerned citizens of our community and the world. We will furnish content that will provide students with an inclusive knowledge base in Social Studies. We will assist students in cultivating their critical thinking and technological skills for use in the 21st century. We will foster awareness and desire in our students to ensure effective participation in our democratic society.
