iTeam - Virtual Help Desk
Students in the Technology Internship program developed advanced skills to offer their expertise to faculty and peers needing help with their iPads. These students, known as the iTeam, provided a variety of services at the student-run help desk, which is located in our school’s Media Center. During remote learning, the students ran the help desk virtually using Google Meet and/or Webex; by keeping an open meeting running throughout the day, students and staff could join at any convenient time and receive the technical assistance desired.
