Molly Cameron seems to do a bit of everything for the Oak Lawn Community High School girls track team. And she does a little bit of everything well. She competes in the long jump, the triple jump, and she anchors the 400-meter relay and the 800-meter relay for the Spartans.
This February, Cameron showed off her skills with several strong performances. She anchored the 4x160 relay at Argo, anchored the 4x200 relay at the Olivet Nazarene University Invitational, and made the finals (Top 9) in triple jump at the ONU Invite, where she jumped 33 feet.
“Along with competing at a high standard, she has become a leader to many new girls on the team,” said head coach Brian Fiene. “Molly has grown over the past year, and we are looking forward to what new personal records are broken this year.”
