Oak Lawn Community High School is hosting their 2012-13 student schedule/textbook pick-up on:

Monday, August 6, 2012, and Tuesday, August 7, 2012
9:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Late Registration Day
Monday, August 13, 2012, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

(Please enter the building from the South/95th Street Parking Lot)

Parents/Legal Guardians will need to show proof of residency by providing the following three documents: 1) Current driver's license or state I.D. of Parent/ Guardian indicating an address within the district; 2) Mortgage or rental documentation in the name of Parent/Guardian indicating the same address within the district; and 3) Utility Bill (other than cell phone) in the name of Parent/ Guardian indicating the same address within the district. Please be advised that it is a Class "C" misdemeanor to knowingly enroll a student who is not a resident of the district, or to knowingly provide false information regarding the residency of a student.

Questions about proof of residency can be directed to Mrs. Linda Schlimm in the District Office at 708/741-5602. Students who register after August 13, 2012, will be assessed a $50.00 late registration fee.

Registration fees for the 2012-13 school year includes a $365.00 general fee and additional fees for items such as driver education training, yearbooks, newspapers, and student parking requests. Fee payments are due upon registration.
