COAT DRIVE 2016

The Junior Class Advisory Board and Student Services collected over 130 coats for the Lakota Tribe on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. This continued the OLCHS tradition of donating over 100 coats to the Tribe since 2003.

Description

The Junior Class Advisory Board(JCAB) meets in Room 223 on Wednesdays. Refer to the Google Activity Calendar for specific dates. The club sponsors the Coat Drive, Winter Dance, Senior Prom and other activities as planned by the membership.

 
Vision Statement

The Junior Class Advisory Board exists to advocate for the junior class by incorporating diverse ideas which help to reflect the wants and needs of the school community.  JCAB fosters positive school spirit and encourages participation within all school sponsored activities. 

 
Membership Expectation

Members are expected to attend weekly meetings and all club sponsored events. In addition to the $25.00 roster fee, students are expected to participate in fundraising events that support the club's vision and programs. Please refer to the Google Activity Calendar for meeting dates and events.
