Illinois School Districts must adopt an annual budget by the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year. The District 229 Board of Education adopted the 2017-18 Budget on September 20, 2017. By law (105 ILCS 5/17-1.2), parents/guardians of the school district's students must be notified of the budget's availability. The budget document can be viewed from the school's website.
